GOLD SHIELD™ high voltage MLC capacitors are available in both C0G and X7R formulations to provide high dielectric withstanding voltage and controlled capacity depression at rated voltage. No voltage derating is necessary to achieve high reliability. Maximum operating voltages range from 500 to 10,000 V; capacitance values range from 0.0018 to 1 µF. Our high voltage designs exhibit a very small number of low energy partial discharges when excited with DC. AC inception voltage is high and controllable. These high voltage capacitors have a uniform design stress over all voltage ranges and capacitance values and have proven reliable over extended time periods in space application testing. |

TRS Technologies capacitors are designed to meet all applicable requirements of MIL-STD-202 for standard environmental characteristics.
GOLD SHIELD™ high voltage MLC capacitors may also be screened for partial discharge and/or dielectric absorption.
Additional screening is available per recognized industry and military standards such as MIL-C-20, MIL-C-39014, and MIL-C-123 to meet your needs for the most reliable products for critical applications.
